Hey Good People,
It's the world’s favorite Uncle Mr. J.Law. Co Host of After Lunch Podcast. Originally from the Land, (Baltimore, Maryland). I have lived all over Maryland, everywhere from PG County and Mo County to Baltimore County and Harford County. Nowadays I call Raleigh, North Carolina home. Since I've been in NC, I’ve met up with some good people to bring to the podcast. I’ve been working in the realm of music for a while now, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, and I thought it was time for a platform that inspires, helps create, and pushes a positive narrative for our people. The narrative of “US” together will always win! I’m happily married with six beautiful kids. I hope to bring the good questions, great laughs, and organic energy to all that watch.

Co Host and head of Public Relations for the After Lunch Podcast. A little bit about myself. I’m from Wilmington, North Carolina, and I'm a huge admirer of a creative fashion style, so I love to see that from our guests. I have a very versatile fashion style, I like to mix and match thrifted looks and everyday fashion brands, I bet you won't be able to tell the difference. My role on the podcast is to help you feel comfortable. I'll be bringing the feminine energy and intuitive questions, so no need to be nervous, we'll be chatting like we've been friends for years. I am a junior at Winston Salem State University majoring in healthcare management. Outside of campus life I am a healthcare worker. I love traveling, painting and photography. My name is Jonathan Miller and I'm one of the writers for the After Lunch Podcast. I'm from Wilmington, North Carolina. I grew up in a very musical family and I have a deep respect for music and the artists who dedicate their lives to it. My personal goal with this podcast is to help elevate artists and get their message to the masses. My role is more behind the scenes but I will be conducting interviews with some local talents and editing the Artists to Watch section of the website.

​ i am the Production Manager and Director for the After Lunch Podcast a platform designed for the independent artist that might not be getting the praise, but is still consistent and working . I am the youngest of 9 siblings from the city of Wilmington, NC. Being raised in a family that always was involved in the arts, I grew to appreciate music in ways different to many. I have resided in the Raleigh/Durham area for approximately 3 years. and soon after moving to this area I did everything possible to get into live production for concerts and events. this led me into talent management and building even greater connections. I love using my network to grow and enhance itself.
